First – Pricing your home correctly is extremely important in receiving TOP DOLLAR for your property. Approximately 50% of properties do not sell. WHY? Simply put, over pricing a home can have a devastating impact on what you walk away with, in your pocket, after the sale of your property. Once a property enters into a cycle of price reductions questions begin to arise; for instance, “What’s wrong with the property?” or “I wonder how low they will continue to go?” If your home is priced properly you stand an excellent chance of receiving multiple offers!

BEWARE! Some Realtors® will tell you what you want to hear, not what you need to hear, allowing them to get a sign in your yard and the buyer calls that your home will generate for them! Sadder still, some Realtors® hope your home never sells so that they can accumulate the buyer calls off of your sign!
